We take great care in preparing and packaging your prints so they arrive safely and ready to enjoy. Please review our shipping terms below.
Processing Time

All prints are made-to-order. Please allow up to 14 business days for production before shipment.

Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding Canadian holidays.
Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary by destination, method, and order size.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Delivery Estimates & Delays

Estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout and exclude production time.

Delivery dates are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, customs inspections, weather, strikes, or other events beyond our control do not qualify for refunds, cancellations, or credits.
Domestic (Canada)

Shipped via Canada Post or our courier partners.

Tracking details are provided when your order ships.
USA Shipping

Shipped via Canada Post/USPS transfer or courier partners (method varies by order).

Customs & Import Fees: US shipments may be subject to duties, taxes, or brokerage fees upon import. These charges are not included in product or shipping prices and are the buyer’s responsibility.

Customs Delays: Clearance times vary by port and are outside our control. Delivery estimates do not include customs processing.

No Delivery Guarantees: We cannot guarantee arrival by a specific date for USA shipments.
International Shipping (Outside Canada & USA)

We ship to select countries via tracked services where available.

Duties/Taxes/VAT & Brokerage: All import charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in product or shipping prices.

Tracking Availability: Some destinations offer limited tracking after export.

Customs Delays: Clearance can add significant time and is beyond our control.

No Delivery Guarantees: We cannot guarantee arrival by a specific date for international shipments.
Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss transfer to the buyer once the package is accepted by the carrier.

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, misdelivered, refused, or delayed while in transit.
Incorrect/Unreachable Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address, refusal, or unpaid duties/taxes, reshipment will require payment of new postage. If reshipment is not requested, the order may be treated as abandoned and is not refundable.
Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and the damaged item(s).

Approved claims will be handled per our Return/Replacement Policy.
High-Value Orders & Signature

For high-value shipments, we may require signature on delivery at our discretion to reduce theft/loss risk.
Partial Shipments

To avoid delays, items in the same order may ship separately at our discretion. You will receive tracking for each shipment.
Holiday Cut-Offs

Peak seasons (e.g., November–January) can extend carrier and customs timelines. Order early—holiday cut-offs are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
