Jason Thanh operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). Jason Thanh is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these “Terms of Service” or “Terms”) describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

By visiting, interacting with or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use or access our Services.

SECTION 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all of your account activity.

SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS

All photography prints are made-to-order. While we make every effort to ensure accurate representation, colors, cropping, and finishes may vary slightly due to printing processes and screen display differences. Such variations are not considered defects.

We reserve the right to change, limit, or discontinue products at any time.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline orders at our discretion. Orders are not accepted until we confirm and process payment.

Orders cannot be canceled once accepted, as prints are custom made. Your purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING

Prices are subject to change without notice. Posted prices do not include shipping, handling, customs, or import charges. You agree to provide accurate payment details and authorize us to charge your method of payment for the order total, including applicable fees and taxes.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

  • Risk of Loss: Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk pass to you.

  • International Orders: Customers are responsible for customs duties, VAT, and import taxes in their country.

SECTION 6 - RETURNS & REFUNDS

All sales are final. Because our products are made-to-order, we only accept returns or exchanges if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Buyer’s remorse, ordering the wrong size, or dissatisfaction with appearance does not qualify for return.

  • You must notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the error was ours.

Refunds, if approved, will be issued to your original payment method once the item is received and inspected.

SECTION 7 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All images, prints, and designs sold through our Services remain the intellectual property of Jason Thanh. Purchasing a print does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights. Prints are for personal display only and may not be scanned, copied, resold, or used commercially without our written consent.

SECTION 8 - OPTIONAL TOOLS

You may be provided access to third-party tools “as is” without warranties or liability. Use of such tools is at your own risk.

SECTION 9 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS

We are not responsible for content or transactions on third-party websites linked from our Services. Please review their policies before engaging.

SECTION 10 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Jason Thanh is powered by Shopify. Any sales are made directly with Jason Thanh. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of these sales.

SECTION 11 - FEEDBACK

If you submit feedback, suggestions, or reviews, you grant us a royalty-free license to use them for business purposes.

SECTION 12 - ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS

We reserve the right to correct errors or inaccuracies in product descriptions, pricing, or availability without notice, even after an order is submitted.
